Aren’t these apple and pear prints the cutest thing for a little nursery.
Although they aren’t available at the moment I sure hope Fine Little Day brings them back.

This is such a fun way to organize a book shelf. Makes for a fun little work of art on your shelves.

I am loving these works of art from mid century painter Wayne Thiebuad. They would look amazing hanging on the walls of a home by the water.
I would love a collection of fashion illustrations to hang on the wall of my house one day, and these 1980s Halston ones would do just the trick.

I love this collage of framed kids drawings, photos, and posters leading you up the stairs. Don’t be afraid to mix all the things you love, even if you don’t think they go together.

I was at the San Diego Zoo this week helping out with a little Urt project and decided spend the day with my mom power walking our way through the zoo. I’m always amazed at the beauty nature creates and was especially reminded when we came across the birds. The colors are unbelievable!!! It made me think of the incredible bird paintings by Hunt Slonem. He creates some pretty cool works of art, definitely someone worth checking out if you haven’t already.

Caitlin McGauley is the girl behind these amazing water colors. She resides in New York city and paints the world around her, whether it be the fashionista living next door or her morning cup of joe. You can also commission her to do a portrait of yourself, your dog, your home, or anything you like. She’s beyond talented and I can only dream of having a piece of her art hanging in my home.
P.S. You may have noticed her work gracing the pages of Lonny Magazine

On one of my Internet journeys last night I found myself on the website The Selby. I spent hours roaming the many images of people and places Todd Selby has taken photos of. The concept is: he finds super crazy, cool, interesting people and takes photos of their equally super crazy, cool, interesting living (and sometimes working) spaces. It may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I’m sure digging it.
P.S. Make sure to scroll down to the bottom of each page to see his unique interview process.
