Hello Sunshine

I had such a spectular weekend in Palm Springs with my family that it’s hard to get back into the swing of things this Monday morning. The house we rented was Dougie and my one story midcentury dream home. The whole time I picture us moving in and raising a family. It was a nice fantasy to have all weekend. Not just the house, but the company is what made the whole weekend perfect. I am so blessed to have such an amazing loving and fun family. We did our best to pamper our Mom on Mother’s Day, because she truly deserves the world! She would beat every Mom out ther in any Mothering competition! I’m serious! We share the same taste in everything and love for interior design (and all things baby, probably shouldn’t be admitting that, but yes we “brake for babies”) that where ever we are we’re guaranteed to have fun togher. My husband calls her She-Ra, “Princess of Power”, becasue she can litterally do anything (and she’s really strong). Love you Mom!

Happy Friday everybody! This photo has nothing to do with my weekend plans, but I just love everything about it. The jacket, the house, the hair, all of it is perfection.  This weekend I’ll be in Coronado watching and perhaps participating in the very first URT DIG (watch the fun video if you fallow the link). We’re moving!! Today is the day we move from our tiny little studio to a little less tiny two bedroom above garage apartment. No need for a truck, because we are literally moving next door. We are so excited for our little Balboa Island upgrade.

A year ago today I married the most amazing boy in the world who I fall in love with more and more everyday. My best friend, the cutest boy ever and (even though this word is cheesy I don’t know how else to put it) my soul mates. We were made for one another and I feel so blessed to be his partner through life. Our wedding day was perfect and I wish I could relive it over and over again. Happy Anniversary to us!

I am very excited for this weekend begin where lots of good times are to be had! First off the cutest and bestest friend ever, Blair Socci, is having a little birthday celebration where some serious knee sliding is guaranteed to take place on the dance floor. Then Mr. Dougie Mann and I are off to Palm Springs to stay at the Parker and celebrate our one year anniversary. Oh baby I’m excited!
