I know I may be the last person to blog about the Spring 2011 Jil Sander’s collection, but I am so loving these spectacular citrus colors! So happy and fun. I seem to be drawn to any amazing block color combination.
The Jewelry Jam!
My parents have made the big move from San Diego to Newport Beach! I couldn’t be more thrilled to have them close by, the only problem is everything I’ve ever owned has made its way from my old bedroom to Dougie and my little appartement. We are looking a little too close to pack rat living as I sort through and store all my goodies, until we one day move to a bigger place. I never realized how much jewelry I owned and am now thinking of clever ways to display and store it. I was looking through some old Lonny Magazines and discovered lots of fun inspiration. XO
Pot Heads!
Are these pot heads not some of the most amazing vases/planters you have ever seen? I’m just loving them, very Carmen Miranda inspired. These are most definitely going on my wish list for future birthday/christmas/anniversaries (are you listening Mom or Dougie……)

Chippendale Chic
Like many others out there, Windsor Smith is one of my favorite designers. She often has a repeated element in the homes she designs, the Chippendale chair. Its nod to the Chinese gives the perfect touch of oriental decor. Paint it a shiny red and you’ve really got it all going on!
Although you’ll most likely find me scanning the flea markets for a Chippendale in my price range, the wonderful Jonathan Adler and Wisteria make great reproductions for deeper pockets.
